Cada pedido se fabrica de manera artesanal y personalizada, respetando las preferencias de cada cliente y evitando la producción en masa para garantizar la máxima calidad.

¿La presencia de cicatrices en mi producto se considera una imperfección?

No. Nuestros productos se elaboran con piel natural y las variaciones propias del material hacen parte de su autenticidad y carácter único.

¿Debo elegir la talla de zapatos que normalmente utilizo?

Existen diferentes sistemas de tallas. Recomendamos seguir cuidadosamente la guía de tallas disponible en nuestro sitio para encontrar el ajuste ideal.

¿Es probable que un zapato requiera ajustes en la medida?
