Each customer declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through drasocalzado.com.

By pressing the “Pay” button during the purchase process, the member declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by D’RASO SAS constitutes proof of the transactions made between and the members of its Private Community. D’RASO SAS will confirm your order by sending you an email.

The prices of our products include all taxes, and in most cases, transportation costs.

The minimum purchase is 50 dollars [USD] (without considering shipping costs or other expenses).

D’RASO S.A.S. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the orders (subject to the availability of the product, except for obvious typographical errors).

The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.

D’RASO S.A.S. reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.

 

Package shipping

For personalized products (on request), packages are sent 24 hours after the estimated manufacturing time, or sooner if the product is manufactured in a shorter time through the shipping company FedEx or DHL, all with delivery number tracking. The approximate delivery time for the package is 6 to 12 business days* (for main cities). In remote areas with low population and/or limited accessibility, special delivery times apply.

At D'Raso, we offer a tax-inclusive shopping experience for customers residing outside of Colombia. We cover the taxes generated by customs authorities in each country (conditions apply).

Shipping costs may apply for some products. They require you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders. We are not responsible for delays or damages that your package may suffer after shipping since each package is managed by the shipping company, but we do everything possible to ensure that they arrive on time and fully protected (all packages are insured against damage or lost).

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Handling costs are a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually. We are not responsible for delays or damages that your package may suffer after shipping since each package is managed by the shipping company, but we do everything possible to ensure that they arrive on time and fully protected.

Whatever the shipping method, we will provide you with a link and tracking number so you can track your order online.

 

Important⚠️:

*It is our duty to inform you that, if there is a deficiency in service, loss, damage, or delay with the company responsible for shipping a package, you need not worry as a refund, replacement, or credit corresponding to the declared value of the merchandise will be provided.

*Please note that the indicated shipping dates are approximate and may vary for various reasons, such as inspection by customs authorities.

*It is important to keep in mind that if the package is not received for any reason, the package may be destroyed or returned to the sender. D'Raso will not be responsible for or cover return shipping costs or any taxes that may arise.

*It is our duty to inform you that if the package is returned to Colombia for any reason, FedEx or another international shipping company will apply an additional charge for return shipping, in addition to any taxes for entry into Colombia, as all packages are subject to customs duties according to the law. These additional costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will exempt D'Raso from any liability.

*In the case that the return is due to faults attributable to D'Raso, whether due to defects in workmanship or materials, D'Raso will cover shipping and taxes, or will commit to replacing the product with another of equal or greater value, or provide a credit note for the same amount as the returned product (according to purchase conditions).

*We want to ensure that you find the perfect size when shopping on our online store. Therefore, we provide a size guide and shoe characteristics to help you find the ideal footwear for you. However, if the shoe you ordered does not fit well, our customer service team will be available to validate and make the necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. (Shipping costs are not included).

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Usual delivery: standard shipping: 6 to 12 business days*

*Your order should arrive within six to twelve business days (main cities), counted from the date the order is shipped (standard order).

*Delivery is made only on business days.

*For orders placed on one of these days: Saturday, Sunday or the day before a holiday, the delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 extra business days.

 

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays.

• We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

• We do not refund express shipping costs in the case of returning items.

• Due to logistical difficulties in shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or apply additional terms and conditions to such order (including, without limitation, the condition that each order meets a minimum amount). Our customer service will notify you of the cancellation and/or application of these conditions as soon as possible after you place your order.

— Shipping times are approximate values.

 

Causes not controllable by the Shipping Company / External events that make transportation difficult:

— Bad weather at the airport of Origin, Transit and/or Destination: When a shipment or group of shipments cannot be transported in a timely manner due to delays and/or cancellations of flights due to adverse weather conditions that restrict the operation of airports. (This condition will apply when the journey contains air transportation). The above events exonerate D’RASO and the shipping company from liability.

— Poor address: Inconsistency in the address that does not allow the shipment to be delivered (Lack of a number or incorrect information).

— Land connection obstruction: When a shipment or group of shipments is delayed in delivery due to road closures attributed to landslides, floods and/or road maintenance that make land connections in or between cities difficult.

— Public order: When a shipment or group of shipments is delayed in delivery as a result of demonstrations, strikes, stoppages, riots and/or security conditions that obstruct the mobilization of the shipment.

— Inspection authorities: These are situations in which, due to the review by the police and/or customs authorities, a shipment or group of shipments may have a delay in delivery.

It is our duty to inform you that there are events where the delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the recipient, such as:

— The address is closed: When the delivery is going to be made and there is no one at the address to answer the call or receive the shipment.

— Recipient does not reside: When at the time of delivery, the recipient does not live or work at the address indicated by the sender.

 

Availability

D’RASO will do everything possible to please all its customers in the demand for the products.

In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of its cancellation.

As a result of this demand, the speed of the return to the client's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the “Delivery” clause.

 

Security

For your security, D’RASO has trusted the credit card payment system to PayPal payment gateway.

The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank's servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse.

This data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL encryption technology (Secure Socker Layer) -128 bits, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via the Internet to this information related to the banking details entered by the client.

Only the Bank and PAYU LATAM have access to the bank data linked to these payment methods, so D’RASO does not know, store, or record this data during the payment operation.

 

Liability, litigation and applicable legislation

D’RASO could not be considered responsible for non-compliance in the event of stock out or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the member will contact D’RASO as a priority to obtain an amicable solution.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track your order by accessing your order history in My Account. Go to the details of the order you want to track and tap the tracking number in the “Details” column. Here you will access the carrier's website, where you can find the most up-to-date information. If this information is not found, you can request the tracking number and tracking link via email indicating the assigned order number.

Please note that until the carrier updates its systems with your order information, you will not be able to track it through the website. Therefore, you may not have tracking information when we provide you with the tracking link the day after you place your order. However, carriers usually update the information one (business) day after we send you the link, so if they still don't have the information, please try again later.

Some orders are packed in more than one box. Each box will have its unique tracking number.

 

The possible statuses of your order are :

*WAITING PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

This status means that the system has received your order, but the payment platform has not yet validated and confirmed it. You will also receive an email to confirm that we have received your payment.

*PAYMENT ERROR:

This status means that we do not see your payment reflected in our bank account or the transaction was in error. You can contact us if you need help.

*PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

This status means that the payment has been accepted by the platform in charge.

*PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER PENDING:

This status means that the bank transfer payment is pending or is still being verified.

*WE ARE MANUFACTURING YOUR ORDER:

This status means that the system has received your order and our order management team has successfully processed it.

*SHIPPING PREPARATION:

This status means that your order is being prepared and will soon be shipped.

*ORDER SENT:

This status means that your order has left our store and is in the hands of the carrier or has already been delivered. You can click on the carrier's tracking link, which is also provided with this status, and see where your package is right now. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will also receive an email with the tracking link for it.

*REFUND MADE:

This is an additional status that will appear in case you have decided to return your order or part of it. It indicates that the money refund has been made to your account. You will also receive an email when we receive and accept your return.

*SOLD OUT:

This status indicates that a material or product is not available. One of our advisors will contact you to provide you with more information.

*YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PURCHASE:

This status indicates that the order has been delivered to the customer, completing the process. When you receive your product, you can confirm that you received your order using the “Order received” button that you will find in your personal account.

 

Modification of the general conditions of sale

D’RASO reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which these appear to be presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the User each time a purchase is made through the page www.drasocalzado.com

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is not available after you have placed your order, our customer service will contact you.

Additional Information:

1) We may send photos via email or WhatsApp to confirm the combination is correct before shipping.

2)Since this is a customized product, we cannot accept exchanges or make refunds. However, if the shoe you ordered does not fit you, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will be happy to validate and make any necessary adjustments so that the shoes fit you perfectly. (Please note that shipping costs apply.)

3) If the product you receive is very different from its description, D’Raso agrees to accept your return before the end of the order (that is, within 10 days from the day the package was delivered to you). Our Satisfaction Guarantee will make sure you get an exchange/refund. You just have to comply with the exchange policy.

4) drasocalzado.com does not admit changes of shoe products manufactured in a personalized way, except in the case that the product received is different from the one you ordered. If you want to change a product or require adjustments to the product (conditions apply) please contact us. It is only possible to change a product if it is done according to our return policy. The exchange shipping costs are to be covered by you, except if it is a cause attributed to D’Raso.

5) We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in the same condition that you received them.

6) Packages are shipped 24 hours after the estimated manufacturing time, or sooner if the manufacturing of the product is completed in a shorter period of time, through the shipping company InterRapidísimo, FedEx, DHL or Servientrega all with tracking number.
