We want you to find the perfect size when you shop at our online store.
To make this task easier for you, we have created a guide that will help you choose the perfect shoe for you. Please make sure the measurements and combinations are correct.
Finding the recommended size for your foot is very easy; carefully follow the instructions in the following video:
VIDEO
Its accuracy in this process contributes to the product fitting better.
MATERIALS:
* Grab two blank sheets of paper, a ruler, and a pencil (Avoid using markers).
STEP 1:
Place your foot with your body weight over the blank sheet of paper.
STEP 2:
Another person must outline or drawn the contour of your foot (The pencil must be completely vertical).
STEP 3:
Determine the widest and the longest portions of the footprints that you just outlined.
STEP 4:
Using the ruler, drawn these lines and measure each line
(Measure them in centimeters, beginning at 0 CM).
Step 5:
Repeat these measures with your other foot (You need the measurements of both feet).
You're done!
Please note that:
* It is common for the measurement of the right foot to have a minimal difference compared to the left. In this case, you can measure both feet, and when purchasing shoes, consider this by acquiring footwear based on the size of the larger foot.
*Scanning the drawing is not necessary; A photo with the indicated measurements on the footprint is sufficient.
*Please indicate in the drawing the size you usually wear along with the precise measurements of length and width as shown in the video.
FREQUENT QUESTION:
*Is a shoe likely to require fitting adjustments?
Yes, due to the relationship between the different tasks such as customizing the design, there are also various important tasks such as taking measurements and analyzing them. For this, the coordination of the client together with our work team is essential to manufacture a product with the specifications in the desired size.
Even though accurate measurements are taken, a custom-made shoe may require additional adjustments and even more so when your foot has difficult measurements. Factors such as your unique foot shape or personal preferences can influence the comfort and fit of the shoe. For this reason, you'll want to be prepared to make some minor adjustments, such as adding padding, stretching the leather, or making minor modifications to the sole to ensure a perfect fit and optimal comfort. A professional shoemaker, or directly with our brand, can help with these adjustments if necessary.
*What do I do if the shoes I ordered fit me too tightly?
At D'Raso, it is of utmost importance that your shoes fit perfectly. Please keep in mind that it is common for your new shoes to feel tight and stiff when you first try them on, as they are in their initial state. Remember that as you wear them, the fibers will stretch and soften, especially in the case of shoes made from genuine leather.
However, if you need any additional adjustments, please do not hesitate to contact us
*What do I do if the size I ordered doesn't fit?
We want you to find the perfect size when you shop in our online store. To make it easier, we provide you with a guide to shoe sizes and characteristics that will help you find the perfect shoe for you. SHOE SIZE
The length of the foot is commonly defined as the distance between two parallel lines that are perpendicular to the foot and that are formed from the most prominent toe to the end of the heel. This measurement is taken with the person standing, without shoes, and with the weight of the body distributed on the supporting foot.
It is common for the measurement of the right foot compared to the left to have a minimum difference. In this case you can average both feet, and when buying shoes this should be considered, because you must acquire the footwear based on the size of the largest foot, although for cases with very complex feet please contact our advisors.
There are different systems of shoe sizes, while the way to measure in centimeters is universal, due to this reason we use the centimeters “cm” unit of measurement.
We do not recommend using inches as the unit of measurement (imperial) and then converting it to centimeters (metric) because the conversion in size for some reason does not work properly (Please use tape measure or ruler with centimeters as the unit of measurement, starting from zero “0”).
Shoe sizes are a number that indicates whether the shoe will fit a person or not. There are different shoe size systems used around the world, these systems differ in the way they are measured, in the unit of measurement they use and if for example size 0 or 1 are included within the sizing. It is also important to remember that different measurement systems are used depending on whether shoes are made for men, women, children, playing sports, or as in our case, for dancing.
This varies across countries and regions. Among the variety of existing systems, the European continental system is the one used in countries such as France, Spain, Germany, and Italy which is different from the American size measurement system.
It is important to note that these systems are not fully standardized, as there are differences between brands, manufacturers, and models. At D’Raso we know this, that's why you must consider the measurement tables of each brand you choose to buy so that you do not have any problem when ordering online.
Remember when buying in our online store, check if your foot is full size or half size, also if the width of your foot is regular, narrow (thin) or wider than average; knowing the size you normally use is very important, especially when shopping online.
Based on a standard size, the client can choose the width of his foot. In case the client has a narrow foot, he can choose a smaller size or in case his foot is wide can choose up to two more sizes. Example of options based on size 36:
*Size 36 — width size 35. (Thin — Narrow)
*Size 36 — width size 36 (Standard)
*Size 36 — with size 37 width. (Wide)
*Size 36 — with width size 38. (Wider)
For clients with very difficult or different measurements, we reserve the right to admit an order, we carry out a prior analysis and if it is accepted, it will the client’s responsibility (The guarantee applies for the product, but the guarantee does not apply for size.) Of course, we do all that is possible so that everything goes perfectly.

COMFORT PADDING
*Comfort padding is the material or foam that goes inside, which makes the shoe insole more padded.
SOLE 1) Suede sole or “Carnaza Gamuzada” is made of highly flexible bovine leather ; It is generally the most used on wood, marble, and tile floors with a smooth finish, since it allows better flexibility and high smoothness when moving. The color goes according to the shoe.
It is important to mention that this type of sole cannot be used on rustic or pavement-like floors.
⚠️ It's important to note that this sole is not suitable for rustic or pavement-like surfaces. We also offer the option to request a double suede sole if a thicker sole is preferred.
2) “CR2 Hard Leather” sole is made up of rigid, highly resistant bovine leather, which some people prefer to dance on most surfaces. This leather sole is painted according to the color of the shoe or with a natural leather finish.
It is characterized by being hybrid, suitable for wooden floors, tile, and rustic floors
3) “synthetic rubber” sole is composed of SBR, Styrene-butadiene rubber. It is generally used by people who ask for their shoes for everyday use or for dancing on pavement-like floors. Available in black and tan color.
This type of sole can slip less and can be more rigid because it has more rubber composition.
